> Tip Top - Fonterra Brands Ltd (Auckland NZ) 2011 -2013

Provided detail design and project management for various Contracts for the installation of a new Ammonia refrigeration plant. This system required a complete redesign plus an implementation program to enable Tip Top to continue production without interruption whilst the old plant was removed and replaced with the latest equipment. Introduced drawing and Equipment Tagging systems as well as drawing management protocol which has been accepted as Tip Top Standards.

Detail design and project management of 3 new secondary cheese production and packaging lines for “Ready to use” formats. Re-lay out of existing packaging lines and packing lines to create space for new process equipment and provide improved operability.

> Bio-xcell (Malaysia) 2009-2010 (for Synertec Asia Ltd)

Concept design for a providing “Centralized Utilities” to a multi tenant biotech park. Design development including Production Facility, distribution, metering and billing systems of the various services including Steam, Chilled water, Compressed air, Nitrogen and Waste treatment.

> Pharmaniaga (Malaysia) 2009 USD0.5m (for Synertec Asia Ltd)

Design and Project Management of process and services upgrade for “Sterile injectible solutions” Design development and implementation of retrofit systems to meet full GMP compliance.

> Schering Plough (Singapore) 2008 (for Synertec Asia Ltd)

Dry Powder Inhalation filling and packaging project. Provided leadership in the project management installation and commissioning of the high speed filling line and packaging equipment including the clean room, HVAC equipment and associated electronic environment monitoring systems to meet FDA compliance.

Provided design and project management of two separate contracts. Initial contract was for the complete powder processing requirements of a new USD360M facility. Second contract for the addition of a additional Probiotic system for their Baby Nutrition products.

> Abbotts (Ireland) 2007, 2009 UKP10.3m (for Nucon Ltd)

Two separate contracts, one for a completely new facility and the second for the addition of a Probiotic system for their Baby Nutrition products.

> Wyeths (Singapore) 2006-2007 NZ5.7m (for Nucon Ltd)

Design and site supervision of Milk Powder Dryer facility extension to double its capacity. All new powder handling from dryer to packers together with links from existing Dryer building to the new plant.

> Griffins Ltd (Papakura, NZ) 2006-2007 NZD50m (for TEG Ltd)

Designed plant layout and services reticulation for five new production lines comprising ovens, cooling conveyors and robotic packaging. Re-lay out of existing conveying systems and packing lines to create space for new equipment and provide improved operability.

> Nucon Ltd. (Auckland NZ) 2005 – 2006

Extensive process and detailed design to rationalisation of Nucon’s product range of powder handling equipment, with specific focus on the vacuum transportation of fragile particulates.

> Asian Blending (Singapore): 2004-2005 NZD3.6m (for Nucon Ltd)

Provided design and installation supervision of six tonne per hour Ice cream mix blending Plant (Sugars, Milk Powders, Nutrients). Significant building and system upgrade of an obsolete Sugar mill to a state-of-the-art Dairy Standard facility within 10 months.

> United Milk (UK) Ltd: 2001-2002 UKP4.5m (for Nucon Ltd)

Project ran in parallel with Arla Foods. Provided design and project management and commissioning of “Powder Transport & Storage systems” for Whole Milk Powder from Fluid Bed dryer to Bulk Load-out Silos and packing. Ancillary systems included minor Ingredient blending & bulk bag discharge units.

> Arla Foods (Argentina): 2001-2002 USD2.5m (for Nucon Ltd)

Provided design and project management of Powder Transport & Storage systems for Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) from Fluid Bed dryer to packing via intermediate storage silos or blending systems for additions of minor Ingredients. Ancillary systems included bulk bag discharge units.
